n this book, is presented a collection of the ideas of Vaidyabhushanam K Raghavan Thirumulpadu that were culled out from his articles, speeches and interviews given at various times during the last many years. Some were written by him in English, others have been translated.
 
The book is a must read for students of Ayurveda as it talks about some of the fundamental principles of Ayurveda like Panchabhuta siddhanta and tridosha siddhanta from a very practical stand point. Apart from that clinicians might find some very informative chapters on the nuances of treatment and the approach of Ayurveda in treating a patient.
